Language models can improve physics measurements with improved tau reconstruction

In order to find rare processes from collider data, scientists use computer algorithms to determine the type and properties of particles based on the faint signals that they leave in the detector. One such particle is the tau lepton, which is produced, for example, in the decay of the Higgs boson.

Metal alloy shows practically no thermal expansion over extremely large temperature interval

Most metals expand when their temperature rises. The Eiffel Tower, for example, is about 10 to 15 centimeters taller in summer than in winter due to its thermal expansion. However, this effect is extremely undesirable for many technical applications.

Neutron isotropy measurements validate sheared-flow-stabilized Z pinches for stable thermal fusion

In physics, the term “isotropy” means a system where the properties are the same in all directions. For fusion, neutron energy isotropy is an important measurement that analyzes the streams of neutrons coming from the device and how uniform they are. This is critical because so-called isotropic fusion plasmas suggest a stable, thermal plasma that can be scaled to higher fusion energy gains, whereas anisotropic plasmas, those emitting irregular neutron energies, can lead to a dead end.

Former NASA officials reveal the best kept secret of the US government?

Two recently “fired” NASA “officials” have revealed the best-kept secret of the US government that had been kept “safe” for forty years, saying that there are traces of constructions on the Moon.

Earth’s Moon has always been a much talked about subject and speculation about what it may have always been present. We have always wondered why we have not been to the moon recently; we have all seen the mysterious images of the moon that appear to show strange constructions on the surface of the moon yet no one has reached and explored the possibilities thoroughly.

Construction on the moon

As revealed by the Russian newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda, Ken Johnston, former Manager of the Data and Photo Control Department at NASA’s Lunar Receiving Laboratory during the manned Apollo Lunar Program and Richard Hoagland, a former consultant to NASA, uncovered the secret at a conference held at the National Press Club in Washington. Both of them were involved in the Apollo missions, Hoagland in particular, who presided the Apollo moon landing transmission on television.

Skeptics have already attacked both Johnston and Hoagland suggesting that they have little to none evidence that can support their claims. But is there a chance that they might be right? And that there is something happening on the moon?

Johnston confirmed that, in the 70s, American astronauts saw and recorded “vestiges of human constructions of antiquity” on the moon and photographed some of the technological evidence found on the surface. After the astronauts had brought back the images of Earth, they were handed over to Johnston, responsible for the conservation of the images. Even though some officials had ordered Johnston to destroy the images he kept them as a secret. Nearly forty years after, Johnston decided to publish these pictures. He accused NASA of editing original pictures of the Moon and replacing them with fake images where the structures on the moon had been erased.

The official photos underwent special treatment and, particularly those of the moon landing, which were eventually modified. According to Hoagland, the Apollo mission astronauts even brought back physical evidence of extraterrestrial technology, advancements that have already been incorporated and are used by countries such as the United States, Russia, China, India, and Japan. The United States astronauts brought back from the moon, clear evidence of structures, and items.

Johnston believes that a new round of struggle will have its outcome and, unlike political competition with Russia 50 years ago, this result will decide the fate of each and every human being on Earth. Hoagland stated clearly that besides the truth hidden on the Moon, there are several pieces of evidence that point to the existence of life and traces of life on the red planet. Adding to the mystery, packages 698,699 and 700 where the moon landing records were kept have vanished from sight.

Whether these two individuals are right about their theories and are telling the truth is something that we will perhaps, not known. But we have to accept for a fact that the moon missions have been, since the beginning, surrounded by numerous enigmas. Why we have not been to the moon recently is another quest that nobody seems to address.

Researchers find liquid mercury under the Pyramid of Quetzalcoatl in Teotihuacan

Large quantities of mercury found under ruins of Ancient Teotihuacan.

Mexican archaeologist Sergio Gómez and his team have discovered liquid mercury at the end of the tunnel below the Pyramid of the Feathered Serpent, the third largest pyramid of Teotihuacan.

As you enter the tunnel of the Pyramid of Quetzalcoatl in Teotihuacan, the temperature drops as you descend through the tunnel, the moisture is notable in the inside and the wooden floor makes it possible to walk through the muddy ground. According to Mexican archaeologist Sergio Gómez, the builders wanted to recreate the outside world so they dug until they came in contact with water, mimicking the rivers of the outside.

In the vicinity of the entrance, a mysteriously looking “fireplace” connects with the outside. Archaeologists speculate that this fireplace could have been used as some sort of observatory two millennia ago. The tunnel was discovered by chance when in 2003, the entire place was flooded during restoration works, allowing archaeologists to discover the mystical tunnel. GPR and laser testing gave the researchers an idea of the entire structure. A small robot was introduced to explore the cracks and provide further information to researchers. Similar exploration with the use of robots was done in Egypt, though on a much smaller scale.

The goal of the exploration of the tunnel was to understand what the ancient builders wanted to hide so badly with walls up to 25 tons of Earth and rock. According to archaeologists, the ancient builders had opted the tunnel once in the past, probably to place something inside. Since then, the tunnel remained sealed for almost 2000 years. No one had entered or seen the interior of the tunnel.

The tunnel’s ceiling was very interesting as it had traces of metal powder that reflects light in a curious patter, almost as if mimicking the night sky. In ancient times, when entering the tunnel with torches, the metal dust shined just like the stars. Researchers believe that these traces are pyrite or magnetite remains elements not found in the region of Teotihuacan. These metals were brought from somewhere else to paint the ceiling of the tunnel.

150 meters below the temple of the Feathered Serpent, researchers discovered 50,000 mysterious objects, ranging from animal bones, batons to metal spheres. The descent through the tunnel resembles the entrance to a mine, but the surrounding objects and mysterious ceiling resemble the journey to the underworld, in an enigmatic city that flourished between II and V century AD, 50 kilometers northeast of Mexico City.

Mexican archaeologist Sergio Gomez and his team, looking for a royal tomb in the deep, dark tunnel beneath the pyramid built before the Aztec empire discovered a clue that would bring him closer to their goal: discovering liquid mercury. During their search, the team led by Gomez discovered a large amount of silvered metal at the end of the sacred tunnel that remained sealed for 1800 years.

Many researchers firmly believe that the toxic element could be a clue that will provide more insight about the tomb of the first ruler of Teotihuacan, home to a mysterious ancient civilization that predates the Aztecs, which still remains a mystery as researchers do not have a name for them.

Speculations regarding traces of mercury have been countless. Gomez believes that the metal could have been used to represent a river or lake of the underworld, even though ancient astronaut theorists suggest that there could have been a more “technological use” to mercury.

Traces of mercury have been previously found in small amounts in a couple of Maya sites farther south, but it has never been found in Teotihuacan until now.
Mercury is an element very difficult to extract, appreciated for its refracting properties, it is used numerous appliances today. Mercury was uncommon in ancient Mexico and some researchers believe that its features could have given supernatural features to its rulers.

What use could the ancient inhabitants of Teotihuacan have for Mercury and Mica?

Mercury is a heavy, silvery-white metal. As compared to other metals, it is a poor conductor of heat, but a fair conductor of electricity. Mica is an excellent conductor of electricity. Mercury is the only elemental metal known to melt at a generally cold temperature.

The Cave Paintings of Tassili n’Ajjer: Proof of Ancient Astronauts?

The Cave Paintings of Tassili n’Ajjer depict mysterious creatures with helmets gloves and strange suits.

According to many researchers and the ancient astronaut theory, the mysterious cave paintings of Tassili could prove to be the best evidence of extraterrestrial beings present on Earth in the distant past. The incredible cave paintings are found in the Tassili Plateau, southern Algeria in the arid desert of the Sahara. Tassili n’Ajjer means ” Plateau of the Rivers.”

Around 8000 BC, ancient people of Africa represented their everyday lives through the cave paintings, among animals, plants, the ancient people also depicted strange beings that are unlike anything in the region. Researchers have cataloged over 5000 cave paintings, even though they believe that there were much more in the past.

Through these paintings, researchers speculate that the Sahara region was completely different 4000-6000yearss ago; it was a region overflowed with life.

According to researchers, the cave paintings of Tassili, are one of the most important ancient collections of rock art known today; regrettably, only 20% of them remain visible as the majority of these incredible cave paintings have been destroyed by erosion. Experts believe the cave paintings to be between 10,000 and 15,000 years old. Experts suggest that cave paintings of that time were usually done with a single shade of color, the Tassili cave paintings, however, used several colors which make them even more special to history.

There are countless species depicted in the caves; among them are giraffes, ostriches, elephants, oxen, alligators and even hippos; demonstrating that the Sahara region was full of life in the distant past.

There are many interesting details about the cave paintings of Tassili; nomadic people assert that these caves are an ideal living environment even today. According to the depictions, rivers, jungles, animals and numerous plants were not foreign to the area, experts suggest that they might have been located in the vicinity of the caves. The painting also seems to reflect a pattern of occupation in the caves with different activities performed by the ancients in specific historical periods. Hunting and Fishing around 7000 BC, animal husbandry around 4,000 BC and horse domestication around 1.500 BC.

There are numerous mysterious surrounding the ancient inhabitants of the Tassili Caves. Archaeologists have not been able to find burial sites in the area, but the most incredible feature are perhaps the mysterious depictions of strange beings with helmets and suits, resembling modern-day astronauts according to many researchers.

These mysterious depictions have fueled debate among researchers. Why would they depict; rivers, jungles, and animals native to the region in the past, and then depict something that they did not see (according to mainstream archaeology): the strange humanoid figures with helmets and suits? The ancient people of the Tassili Caves portrayed their everyday life and their experiences; they did not invent these humanoid figures, which in some cases, are even depicted with mysterious antennas on their helmets.

Is it possible, as ancient astronaut theorists suggest, that the natives of the Tassili Caves depicted the ancient astronaut that visited them in the past 10,000 years ago? According to many researchers, it is a possibility.

In 1976, a Spanish expedition traveled to the Sahara to investigate the mysterious cave paintings of Tassili. After analyzing the numerous cave paintings, the Spanish researchers concluded that Extraterrestrial beings regularly visited Earth in the distant past and that extraterrestrial beings had regular contact with the ancient inhabitants of the region. According to them, one of the cave paintings illustrates several women being taken to a mysterious looking craft.

Next to some of the symbols, researchers have identified a set of symbols which has led experts to speculate that some sort of writing system existed in the area 5000 years ago. This was something mainstream archaeology has a hard time accepting since it changes their official thesis suggesting that Mesopotamia is the cradle of civilization and writing.

The mysterious beings with gloves, boots, and helmets are also seen in the Azyefú, Ti-n-Tazari, and Sefar region.

Many believe that the cave paintings of Tassili are evidence of beings who visited making in the distant past. Sky beings who came to earth thousands of years ago and left their mark in history through the stories and decisions of ancient civilizations worldwide.
