Have you come across these images before? It’s not the first time that a conspiracy theory claims that a world leader is either a time traveler or immortal. This time it seems that the internet has taken a particular interest in Russian President Vladimir Putin, who some claim is the ultimate time traveler.
This time, people have spotted an eerie similarity between Vladimir Putin, Russia’s President, and two historical photographs taken in 1920 and 1941 respectively.
Conspiracy theorists claim that the images are the ultimate proof of either time travel or immortality.
Astonishing claims made on social networks suggest that the two historic images taken in 1920 and 1941 are in fact today’s Russian President Vladimir Putin. The photos, claim conspiracy theorists, are evidence of a slightly younger version of Putin, who is 65 years old.
The 1920 image is believed to depict a Russian soldier who looks a lot like Putin. Another image believed to have been taken in 1941 shows another Russian soldier who also looks a lot like Putin.
People have discussed the images for quite a while now and come up with all sorts of ludicrous theories trying to explain them. Some believe the almighty Russian president is, in fact, immortal, and others have come forth saying the man is some sort of creature. Although they didn’t really explain what they meant by a different creature.
Others believe that the images are proof that Putin is a time traveler, and that such people exist among us.
For now, the conspiracy community seems to love the idea that all three images are in fact of the same person, and that Putin, the Russian President is immortal, and has been serving the Russian people for centuries.
There are of course different and even more bizarre theories—yes there are more bizarre theories out there—which connect the Russian President to Prince Vlad III of Transylvania, popularly known as Count Dracula.
Sigh.
Time travel—for now—is out of the equation as scientists have said we can’t really build a machine that would allow us to manipulate space and time, hence giving us the ability to travel from one reality to the other.
And while conspiracy theorists have proven that explanations are many, no one seems to have—apparently—thought of another more simpler explanation:
Two Russians, living in Russia, who perhaps share a common DNA, and look like their ancestors. Makes more sense than a time-traveling immortal Vampire, right?
After all, it is believed that everyone on Earth has their very own lookalike somewhere out there.

The notion of a flat Earth refers to the idea that the inhabited surface of our planet is, in fact, flat, instead of being spherical or curved. Thousands of years ago, some authors and philosophers argued that the Earth was flat and others that it was cylindrical.
Among the Greek philosophers, Thales of Miletus held the idea of a flat Earth.
For his part, Anaximander believed that the Earth was a short cylinder with a flat, circular surface.
It is a commonly accepted idea that the first person to have defended the idea of a spherical Earth was Pythagoras (6th century BC), but that idea contradicts the fact that most of the Pythagorean pre-Socratics considered the Earth to be flat.
Why are we even discussing the Flat Earth still?
In his work De Caelo (On the Heavens), Aristotle (4th century BC) gave a reasoned explanation of why the Earth is a sphere and cited a value for its circumference that is correct within a factor of two. In the third century BC., Eratosthenes gave a more accurate estimate of its circumference.
From this we can successfully conclude that since ancient times, authors, scholars, and philosophers have accepted for a fact the shape of our planet, providing, mathematical evidence in favor of a spherical Earth.
Now, thousands of years later, and after mankind has achieved spaceflight, traveled to the moon and back, there are still those who argue for the fact that we do not live in a spherical planet.
Now, a stunning new theory has appeared on the internet where flat Earthers explain how the Earth is flat, and why people don’t fall off of its edge.

As reported by TechTimes, flat-Earthers think we don’t fall off the edge of our Earth, despite the fact it is flat, because of the same principles that govern in a video game.
And not just any video game, but Pac-Man.
Darren Nesbit, a vivid Flat Earther maintains that our world is, in fact, the shape of a diamond, and is supported by pillars.
“I’m not saying this is definitely what is going on, but I think it is a plausible model,” said Nesbit.
Like Nesbit, many other people ‘around the world’ believe that Earth is, in fact, a plane disk, despite overwhelming evidence proving we live on a globe.
All sorts of theories proposed by Flat Earthers try and explain why Earth is flat, and why all the scientific evidence is wrong.
But, what Flat Earthers haven answered until now was: If the Earth is flat, why don’t we fall off its edge?
Nesbit has an answer: ‘The Pac-Man Effect.’
Remember Pac-Man? It was an arcade game developed by Namco and first released in Japan in May 1980. Pac-Man is considered one of the classics of the medium, and an icon of 1980s popular culture. Using the yellowish character, you navigate a maze-like environment searching for food while trying to avoid enemies.
Well, Nesbit has turned to this classic to explain why we don’t fall off of the edge of the Earth.
Nesbit says that Pac-man can explain his theory, and specifically the left and right sections of the maze which, in the game, act as portals. If you enter one portal, you come out on the other side.
Nesbit says that our Earth works in a similar way. We can ‘teleport’ magically, from one side of the Earth to the opposite side, and is the reason why no one has ever fallen off of the edge.
“One logical possibility for those who are truly free thinkers is that space-time wraps around and we get a Pac-Man effect,” said Nesbit.

The Ancient Mayan Calendar is a system of calendars used by the ancient May civilization in pre-Colombian America.
The Mayan calendar details the existence of various ‘cycles,’ so it describes the sacred calendar (tzolkin or bucxok, with a 260-day count), the solar cycle (Haab, composed of 365 days).
The Tzolkin calendar was combined with the Solar Cycle, or solar year forming the synchronized cycle lasting for 52 Haab’, called the Calendar Round. In fact, it’s still being used in some communities in the Guatemalan highlands.
The ancient Maya also had developed a calendar used to track longer periods of time, and for the tracking of calendar dates. This calendar is the so-called the Long Count, and it registers days, according to experts, from a mythological starting point.
The starting point for the long count is usually by vast majority of Maya scholars as August 11, 3114 BCE in the proleptic Gregorian calendar or September 6, in the Julian calendar.
In other words, the Maya Calendar is a treasure trove of time cycles which happens to share various details with calendars used by more ancient Mesoamerican civilizations, such as the Zapotec and Olmec but it also shares similarities with contemporary or later ones such as the Mixtec and Aztec calendars.
Now, when we thought we had it all figured out, and that the Maya calendar wouldn’t ever be mentioned in conspiracy theories—like the end of the world December 12, 2012—a self-titled ‘multidimensional’ archaeologist believes he may have unlocked the secrets of time travel, after having studied the codes embedded in the enigmatic Mayan Calendar.
After studying the Mayan Tzolkin calendar, Timothy Alan believes he has cracked all its mysteries.
He presented his work on YouTube, in hopes that the world would pay attention to his findings.
Speaking about his ‘startling find,’ Alan said:
“Hey there, collective consciousness of this planet called Earth. “I just wanted to share with you my work over the last five years in as quick a time as possible. I found this hidden code in the Mayan calendar that unlocks what you can see here – a vortex-quantumatics like a quantum agreement for a spiritual technology. It’s a multidimensional language.
“I found it hidden in the Mayan calendar.”

But it’s not just another conspiracy theory according to Alan. His work and discoveries are supposedly real and have been allegedly verified by a Guatemalan Mayan elder as a “legitimate code found within the Mayan calendar.
According to reports, Alan unlocked ancient code’s in the form of a quantum encoded light fractal of consciousness, that contains the multi-dimensional multi-verse together.

“The Mayan calendar was invented to map the evolution of human consciousness. It is the key to understanding the truth of being human – if there is some left,” explained Mr. Alan.
Furthermore, his discovery has allowed him to create a “divine” time travel map. He claims that two types of portals exist; Passage of time portals and Personal vision portals.
Mr. Allan claims that his work will finally untether mankind from the constraints of materialism.
“All this calendar stuff keeps on coming. It’s like the Da Vinci code – some sort of cosmic Da Vinci code that opened.”
