In 2004, Sean Cahil, retired US Navy Chief Master-at-Arms, was aboard the USS Princeton when radar picked up extraordinary Tic Tac UFOs.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cThe technology that we witnessed with the Tic Tac was something that we would not have been able to defend our forces from at the time,\u201d Cahil said on CNN. (see video below)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Appearing with Christopher Mellon, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, Cahil described the Tic Tac UFO\u2019s abilities.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cWhat we saw in the Tic Tac and what Mr. Luis Elizondo described as the five observables indicate a technology that outstrips our arsenal by at least 100 to 1,000 years at the moment,\u201d said Cahil.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Five Observables<\/h2>\n

In 2008, Luiz Elizondo was first detailed to the secret UFO program sponsored by Senator Harry Reid, then called the Advanced Aerospace Weapon Systems Applications Program. Later, it became the Advanced Aerial Threat Identification Program or\u00a0AATIP.<\/a><\/p>\n

During his time at AATIP, Elizondo compiled a\u00a0list of extraordinary feats\u00a0<\/a>that unidentified aerial phenomena shared:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Anti-gravity lift<\/li>\n
  2. Sudden and instantaneous acceleration<\/li>\n
  3. Hypersonic velocities without signatures (vapor trails or sonic booms)<\/li>\n
  4. Low observability, or cloaking<\/li>\n
  5. Trans-medium travel (moving between air and water)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Tic Tac UFO Abilities<\/h2>\n

    According to Sean Cahil, the Tic Tac UFO was capable of all of the five observables and more.<\/p>\n

    \n

    \u201cFirst of all, the aircraft had zero control surfaces; it had no means of propulsion that we could detect. It moved at hypersonic velocities, and it proceeded the pilots to their CAP [Combat air patrol] points. So, it seemed to have some knowledge of where the pilots were headed to ahead of time. And, we don\u2019t posses those abilities to do that in our aresenal at the moment,\u201d said Cahil.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Increasingly Bold UFOs<\/h2>\n

    Host Chri Cuomo asked Mellon what he made of the matter.<\/p>\n

    \n

    \u201cWe clearly are vulnerable,\u201d said Mellon. \u201cAnd, this has been going on for too long. Finally, our Congress is learning of this situation. They\u2019re beginning to react. We\u2019ve got a lot of catch-up here, but it\u2019s very concerning.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Although the UFOs haven\u2019t been hostile, the activities have become bolder, says Mellon.<\/p>\n

    \n

    \u201cIt\u2019s not an imminent crisis or imminent threat. There\u2019s been no hostility but there\u2019 a lot of activity, and it\u2019s increasingly bold. In some instances, we\u2019ve had these things swarming around warships off the coast of California, swarming around strategic missile defense spaces in Guam,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Now, Mellon says, considering all the tensions in the world involving drone attacks, it\u2019s something to take seriously.<\/p>\n

    What\u2019s Changed About UFOs?<\/h2>\n

    Cuomo asked Mellon why there is a new urgency in studying UFOs today.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    In response, Mellon discussed the frustration Elizondo faced in AATIP. As pilots on the East coast saw UFOs frequently, Elizondo\u2019s program was low on resources and unsupported by the intelligence community.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    In frustration, he retired in 2017 and joined a group organized by Tom DeLonge,<\/a>\u00a0\u201cTo the Stars Academy.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

    Then, a report in the\u00a0New York Times<\/em><\/a>\u00a0that year finally got attention from Congress. The report detailed $22 million spent on the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, exposing the Pentagon program to the world.<\/p>\n

    \n

    \u201cFinally, our leadership in both branches of government became aware this was going on. So this has only just come to light,\u201d explained Mellon.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    A UFO Breakthrough<\/h2>\n

    Next month, the US executive branch could issue a public UAP report of its activities related to the phenomenon for the first time in\u00a0half a century<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    Meanwhile, journalists at\u00a0POLITICO\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0the New Yorker\u00a0<\/em><\/a>have detailed how Elizondo, journalist George Knapp, DeLonge, Mellon, and many others have pushed UFOs into the mainstream.<\/p>\n

    Today, DeLonge says there has been a breakthrough as the conversation has changed.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    \n

    \u201cYou rarely read the ridiculous dismissals of the UAP phenomenon that were all too common over the past 70 years,\u201d DeLonge told POLITICO\u2019s, Bryan Bender. \u201cWe are witnessing the socialization of the UAP phenomenon in a much more accepting way. I am very optimistic about real research on this phenomenon happening in the near future.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    A Public UAP Reckoning<\/h2>\n

    As we prepare for the June UAP report, nobody knows for sure what to expect. According to Cahil, the Tic Tac UFO encounter may be just the tip of the iceberg.<\/p>\n

    \n

    \u201cI think that we\u2019re going to find that this phenomenon represents a very large spectrum of different things,\u201d said Cahil. \u201cAt edges of that spectrum are going to be near-peer technology of our adversaries here on Earth. At the other end of that spectrum is going to be something that we don\u2019t yet understand and haven\u2019t identified yet.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Although he isn\u2019t sure what the UFOs represent, Cahil knows they seem far beyond human technology.<\/p>\n

    \n

    \u201cSo, I hesitate to speculate on the source but I can tell you that I don\u2019t believe that this is within our arsenal of any human technology at the moment.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    However, Cahil doesn\u2019t necessarily think the UAPs are necessarily extraterrestrial.<\/p>\n

    \n

    \u201cWhat we can say is we don\u2019t know what this is and it\u2019s here. It\u2019s going to take all of us to figure this out together.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Otherworldly Origins?<\/h2>\n

    On the other hand, Mellon says there\u2019s no reason to rule out extraterrestrial origins.<\/p>\n

    As for otherworldly origins, Mellon says, \u201cThere\u2019s no scientific reason or basis to doubt that possibility. That\u2019s a hypothesis that could explain the facts. People need to be open to that. We\u2019re spending billions looking for extraterrestrial civilizations. We\u2019ve got spacecraft that have already left the solar system. It\u2019s possible somebody found us before we found them.\u201d<\/p>\n

    So far, ETs haven\u2019t made contact, and perhaps that\u2019s because they see us as something like less intelligent animals in a zoo.<\/p>\n

    \u201cIf they\u2019re as smart as we think they are then I think we\u2019re kind of silly thinking we can guess their motives,\u201d says Cahil.<\/p>\n

    Or, perhaps it\u2019s like former\u00a0Israeli space security chief Haim Eshed said?<\/a><\/p>\n

    \n

    \u201cThey have been waiting until today for humanity to develop and reach a stage where we will understand, in general, what space and spaceships are,\u201d Eshed said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
